1. Purchase Your Custom Orthotics
It all starts when you place your order. Once your purchase is complete, we’ll send you a welcome email with a short video explaining what comes next. Make sure to watch it—it’s important!
2. Receive Your Foam Impression Kit
You’ll receive a foam box in the mail, along with a QR code linking to a step-by-step video on how to properly take your foot impressions. Please don’t take your impressions just yet!
3. Watch the Instructional Video
Before doing anything with the foam box, scan the QR code and watch the video. It explains exactly how the process works and why it’s crucial for accuracy.
👉 Pro Tip: It helps to have someone assist you when making the impression—but not yet!
4. Schedule Your Virtual Appointment
To ensure a perfect fit, we require you to book a virtual appointment with one of our specialists. During this video call, we’ll walk you through the process in real time and answer any questions you have.

5. Make Your Foot Impressions (During the Virtual Call)
Together, we’ll guide you step by step as you press your feet into the foam—accurately and safely. Once done, you’ll ship the foam box back to us using the provided return label.
6. Sit Back While We Build Your Custom Orthotics
Our team of specialists will handcraft your orthotics using the exact data from your impressions. This is where over 20 years of experience come into play.
7. Receive Your Custom Orthotics
When your orthotics arrive, they’ll include another QR code. Scan it to watch a helpful video on how to wear them, break them in, and care for them to maximize comfort and longevity.
