This one-on-one, in-person appointment with The Walking Lab is built to uncover the root cause of your foot, ankle, knee, or lower back discomfort. During your session, Kris will perform a detailed, hands-on assessment of your foot structure, movement patterns, and pain points to create custom orthotics tailored to your exact needs.

• Hands-on assessment of foot structure, gait, and biomechanics
• In-depth discussion of pain, lifestyle, work demands, and activity level
• Custom orthotic casting and fitting process started during your visit
• Expert footwear recommendations to support long-term results

Turnaround Time:

Once your custom orthotics are prescribed, they are crafted in our lab and typically ready within 10 business days or less from your initial appointment.
